A. Yes. Berri Good! is actively seeking franchisees who will build multiple store locations over time. To secure the rights to develop an additional trade area, a deposit of $9,000 is required. Berri Good! is seeking restaurateurs and entrepreneurs alike who are interested in developing at least 3 restaurants over time. Therefore, in the 3 store area development example, the initial franchise fee ($18,000) and two deposits ($9,000 x 2) are payable to the franchise system upon signing. This represents a total of $36,000 to reserve a market area that our real estate team estimates can support at least 3 Berri Good! restaurants.
